Called today because i could hear my gutter overflowing all nite and Dan came out to give me a cleaing estimate within 15 minutes. Because he could see how dire my situation was he decided clean them immediately instead of the next day. I had so many water poodle around the house and was worried water could enter the basement. He spent about an hour cleaing, it was bad. They were completely filled to the top with water and debris. He also flushed them with his equipment and spent a lot of time checking for leaks. I've never had any gutter cleaning service do such a detailed job, 15 minutes is the most time they have ever spent cleaning and the leave a mess like debris and mud everywhere. Dan cares about making sure he does a great job and has great customer service. He even gave me free down spout extenders that he had with him from a job that were not needed, that was super nice of him. I plan to exclusively use imperial gutter service because i am so happy for the high quality work and caring aditude shown to me today. Thank you Dan, you are the best.
