Showrooms have a very extensive collection of products and styles. A visit is a must if you're still in the planning stages of a remodel project. We bought some VERY expensive backsplash tile products that were special ordered and asked for their absolute BEST installer. We offered to pay more and arrange our schedule in order to accommodate this request. We were assured we would get their best installer without any extra arrangements required. We were naive. To say we were disappointed in the install would be an understatement. The guy just slapped the tile up with no regard to the natural differences in the grain and coloration. The store manager AND the owner both looked at the finished product and agreed to some redo to satisfy us. We specifically asked that the original installer NOT be assigned this redo project. You guessed it, the original installer redid a portion of the original job and left a few additional mistakes that we did not like. We would not hesitate to return to Western Flooring in order to utilize their design work and extensive inventory of floor and tile products. We would never, however, use their installation services again and advise others to do the same.

I was referred to this company by a friend. Ths job had a couple of hiccups but the manager was very responsive and they did a really good job. Turns out it saved me some money also.

Not only did they have exceptional products - which they proved to me when they shipped free samples directly to my home before shipping the order, but they had great customer service! I would definitely recommend using GDF for your bamboo flooring project. It's a great way to 'go green' for less!
