        too many people dont know what they are doing. every time there is a question they send us to someone else that works there. told us the wrong type of flooring to get then acted like it was my fault even though they came to look at it and recommended that type of flooring. then made the wrong measurements and charged us for an extra 300 ft. of flooring. then said i was the one that measured it and got it wrong. it was them that measured it. never heard back about a refund. lowes is cheaper and less hassle.

        The owner, Brian was extremely patient as we changed our minds several times. He was totally professional and also gave his opinion about style, etc. when asked. If he was irritated he certainly did not show it. He returned calls to us promptly, kept his word and also went the extra mile. When the job was completed, he sent us a thank you card for doing buisness with him.
