Love it everything great bedroom and living room perfect

I purchased a sofa and loveseat less than 2 years ago from this company. Within 1 month the loveseat cushion puckered which they did replace. The sofa now has broke to where you can't recline and the springs are shot along with the wood frame breaking completly. Since we didn't buy the extended warranty nothing will be replaced. I'm stuck with broken furniture which should have lasted longer than 2 years.

not a low enough score for this place. after i paid in full i was told they didnt have my stuff in stock and was given the run around for 2 weeks. was then told they couldnt find what i ordered any where. finely offered me display and was told it would be delivered today. i called to find out when to expect it and was informed a 200.00 delivery charge was due! i will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General if my refund of 951.00 is not back in my account with in the 24 hours i was told it would be. i will NEVER shop there again. sales man was Devin Brightall. I talked to Shawn Wilson who told me of the 200.00 delivery fee

The staff was very nice and the place easy to find. Unfortunately the store looks like it's going to die out within the year - very little merchandise to choose from in a huge, empty building. We were the ONLY customers there, and it wasn't like we were there at closing or early in the morning... it was just empty.



The deals are average. Honestly there was some stuff I recognized from shopping at Value City Furniture next door, two years ago. Sure I can get a sofa and loveseat for $500, but I'm limited to about a dozen styles and average quality. If the furniture cost less than it does at Big Lots, I'm going to be wary of its quality. Great for college kids, new homeowners, new renters needing stuff for the house. Not great if you want "grown up" quality and long-lasting furniture.



Walk in with realistic expectations. The shopping experience was great, it was the products themselves that were lacking. Go ahead and check it out - worst that can happen is you just don't buy anything.
