        If you dont care about having your appointments cancelled as you walk in and being told your appointment was scheduled at their other location when you have never been there, then this is the place for you.....the staff have no customer service skills whatsoever.....they are extremly disorganized.....

        should have an "Extremely poor" choice. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to, worst than any emergency room. If you have issues file them immediately with AMA and complain at ceja@ama-assn.org The staff is awful when it comes to Doctor patient relations. I was also told that I would never be able to see my Primary Doctor, you know the one with his name on my insurance. Call and will be placed on hold several times for up to an hour. Highly disorganized non-professional and the doctor (I used this word sparingly) that I seen didn't help at all so I TOLD him what prescriptions I needed. Made new appointments only to be called up by receptionist the morning of my appointment.I also asked to have any of the physicians call me several times, never got a call. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.
