I am a general handyman service. I specialize in small jobs where the customer is physically limited to do it themselves, does not have the proper tools, or does not have the knowledge or skills to attempt it themselves or the time to do it themselves

Plumbing: Remove and re-caulk bathtubs, shower stalls, sinks and toilets. Installation, repair or replacement of vanities, sinks, faucets and associated drains for kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, and bathtub-shower combinations. I repair or replace toilet parts or the whole toilet if need be. I also Install or replace garbage disposals. I also have replaced basement sump pumps. 1 also snake out drains, mostly kitchen and bathroom drains. Main floor drains I leave to the professionals as I do not have the equipment for it. Electrical--Light Fixtures and plugs Plumbing-Faucets and toilets,slow drians. Yard Clean up-Tree trimming Power washing, window repair Doors locks and hinges, screen repair Carpentry: I install and repair doors, locksets, hinges, and deadbolts. I install hand railings in stairwells indoor and outdoor. I repair wooden window panes and re-glaze them if necessary. I have repaired wooden fences including setting new posts repairing latches. I repair and re-secure kitchen cupboards that are sagging and repair or replace damaged hinges on cupboard doors. I also install hardware on drawers and doors of cupboards. I assemble do-it-yourself furniture for customers and have assembled bookshelves, media cabinets, and treadmills. Electrical: I install new or replace old light fixtures. I sometimes replace light fixtures with ceiling fans Per the customer’s request. I trouble-shoot and repair or replace lamps, light fixtures, light switches, and outlets. I install outside porch lights, garage lights, security lights and doorbells. I perform limited repairs on kitchen and laundry appliances. I also mount flat-screen TV's on walls or ceilings.(The customer has to get the appropriate bracket.) Miscellaneous: I have repaired garage doors as well as their associated parts, hinges, rails, rollers, safety sensors and wiring. I perform yard clean up including trimming bushes.. hedges and chipping up the waste and bagging it for disposal. I also do power washing and snow blowing. Anything else the customer can call for a consultation.
