Darling Heating & Air Conditioning

I had the WORST experience from this company that you could possibly imagine. They lie, cheat and steal from you. I had my compressor go out about a yr ago. I had 4 other companies tell me the same thing. I even asked my brother because he is AC certified and he works for Seton hospital over that department. I was more or less asking my brother to see if the other companies were right .. or if everyone out there was just tryingt to make a quick buck. My brother told me the same thing .. it's your compressor honey. So ... unfortunately when Darlings came to my house they took 1 look at my unit and said "your coils need to be cleaned" I said well, 4 other comp. & my brother told me it was the compressor. The head guy "Benny" said "I don't care what your borther said, or any other company said, it's your coils" I had to pay $400 for this. After they cleaned the coils and put my unit back together ... the air still didn't come on. Then they decided to check the unit outside and said "oh, it's your compressor" So, I asked the head guy Benny if I could have a refund since they charged me for the coils and that wasn't the issue. he just looked at me and laughed and said no. So, because of this experience ... it has left a very bad taste in my mouth about this company and the people that work for them that will NEVER go away.
