Casper - Galleria at Roseville

When I picked my color, the lady ended up choosing it for me and wouldn't pick a new color from the samples. I think they were just trying to rush everything so they could help the customer.

My grandma and I are regulars at Galleria Nails. I chose my normal gel manicure and chose a color for the options given. On the options given it said A1-A6 were extra and I chose A7. Nothing was said at chosen. When my grandma was asked to pay there was a 17$ charge to my manicure for my color. When I questioned why as it was not advertised I was told it's a new color yet it was added to the options without the correct price. We even talked but to the owner and got nothing but disrespect from her saying this is the price. No apology for the mistake nothing. We were forced to pay the price illegally under false advertising. She even stated it was not marked and the nail artist didn't tell me. We are regulars there and to be so disrespectful felt so wrong to be all about the money after their mistake in advertising and just bad customer service. We were not even givens an apology or tried to right the situation just a well that's the price. It's extremely bad business and customer service from the owner.

I love the Mac products but it's scary to walk into the store at the mall. It looks like a bunch of vampires work there with pale skin and purple lips. I don't know what's in now a days but I was frightened.

I have been there a few times for a pedicure and I really like it. The people are very nice. They do a rock massage and it feels great! The male, Brian really worked hard on getting the dry hard skin off of the bottom of my feet. He even gave me a nail file that they use to buff your feet to use at home. I took my mom with me the last time and she also really enjoyed it!

Very clean. Very nice people. Not pushy at all. And my girl Chen is so AMAZING!! Everything I show her on Pinterest she creates.

I did a special request for when I went to Hawaii. They did exactly what I showed them from the picture.

We walked in with five people and they sat us right away. They also gave us each a person at the same time. They did a great job and seemed very clean.

I always see Amy for my pedicures. She does great work and is super friendly. I always make sure to peek in when I'm shopping at the mall, just to say hello to everyone. :o)

I've been coming to this salon for a while now...and they are always improving to try to satisfy all their customers. They always update their menus to keep it fresh. They disinfect the spa chairs and use new buffer and file every time. They add extra steps for manicures and pedicures. It's just nice to see a nails salon that actually listens to their customers.
