George Stirewalt Landscaping

Corey and the guys are awesome. Just used them for the second time and I wouldn’t call anyone else. Call them, you won’t regret it.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with the George Stirewalt Landscaping Company! We dealt with Steve Carroll and you could get no one better! He is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and dependable! He makes sure the job is done right and the clean up is done perfectly! He took time to explain the whole job and made sure to let us know that this Company is insured very well! The crew works very hard! They even run while they are working! We are very satisfied customers! They are coming out in the fall to do some more tree work for us.

They gave me an estimate in early Sept. with the assurance they would be here from mid-Oct. not only have they not shown up to do the promised work but now will not return many calls may to inquire, so I have hired another tree removal service.....They keep telling me I am on the list well I actually need the work done just not on the list.....I believe they put residential smaller jobs behind the larger paying jobs and just keep you on hold, this is an opinion but I did not feel that they ever considered my job important....I have hired someone else but recommend you get a date in writing if they do a estimate.....

They have been professional and did a great job of removing our trees. We are now seeking an estimate from them to gravel our driveway and sow our grass seed. The guys work hard and it's good to see these work ethics today

I would suggest you not pay a dime until the job is 100% complete. He did an acceptable job clearing 10 tress over several days (for which I made 3 partial payments) for me but left more debris than I had anticipated I'd have to dispose of. In all fairness to him, it was very wet and he did offer to come back at a later date to re-grade the area and even add top soil if needed. But he also damaged my aluminum truck access gate and it took an excessive time to replace it. I paid him the total due with his assurances of replacing the gate. 4 weeks later, I called to inquire and was told the gate had not come in yet. Two weeks later I called again and was told he had forgotten to order the gate until I called the last time. 2 weeks later I called again and he told me he the gate came in and he'd be out that week to install. 8 days later I called again and he said he was coming by that morning to install. 2 hours later he called me to tell me the wrong gate came in. We agreed that I could get he gate replaced myself easier and he told me he'd by immediately and give me the funds. After 3 hours of further waiting I called him and he told me where he was so that I could come get the money. Everything was still ok at that point until I picked up that money and told him that my only issue was that he never contacted me over the 10 week period, that I had to call him each and every time to get any kind of update. I suggested that this is something he could improve upon with his customer base. He then informed me that he was busy enough, had too much to do and that he didn't need do such things and didn't need anyone's business. That's when I'd had enough and felt the need to write this review. So, will I use him again: NO. Do I recommend anyone else use him, maybe, but I highly recommend you not pay a dime until the job is completed 100%.
