My psychiatrist experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized psychiatric care. I treat many mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals and families. Among the many conditions I treat, I blend evidence-based medical knowledge with suitably tailored psychotherapies, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Impulse Control Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and the nuances of traumatic immigration, culture shock, and diverse values in parenting. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a mental health therapy treatment plan. As a psychotherapist, I consider it extremely important to capture the strengths of the patients I serve and enlist their well-informed collaboration with me, like an athlete and coach compatible pairing with the same goals.
