Apparel 2000 Embroidery

We've been using this company for years. The quality of the embroidery is excellent as is the customer service. No reason to ever go elsewhere.

We requested a quote and received one in a timely manner. We advised Bob Mazzola shortly after that our board of directors would have to vote, and we would be in contact if their quote was selected. Mr. Mazzola has proceeded to e-mail us a generic e-mail asking us if we're still considering his company every week for the last 5 weeks. An e-mail to him asking him to leave us alone resulted in another canned response asking us to consider them in the future. Their use of aggressive and generic e-mails to garner business is extremely off putting and as a result we will never do business with them.
