        We have done business with Taylor's for many years and have learned that you get what you pay for..They offer quality appliances and reasonable prices. Buying from Taylor's and having them available for any required service has been a blessing, the sales people and the repair men are knowledgeable and always helpful

        Save your time and your money by doing business with anyone but these crooks. Today I went down to pick up a thermal fuse that should be no more than 1.50 cents and these people charged me 11.06 . Because I'm an a Electrician I knew they were robbing me but I'm doing this your all you who don't know. If they are willing to cheat on a 1.00 fuse then you can only imagine what they will do on anything else. I found one at Speedy Appliance for 1.75 just to prove my point. DONT LET THEM GET RICH OFF OF YOU AND THE GOOD PEOPLE OF OUR GREAT TOWN OF RIVERSIDE. MY NAME IS Jack Suttles

        The part we sold you was a genuine Whirlpool part #3392519. What you found on line was an aftermarket part made by someone else. These may or may not be of like quality. They will more than likely work fine, but it is not a genuine Whirlpool part. We only sell genuine parts that we know meet any and all mfg specifications for quality. The other parts may be fine or maybe not. We cant take that chance due to product liability. Sorry you thought we ripped you off. My service manager told you he would gladly refund your purchase price. Yes, internet prices can be cheaper even on the part you bought. We dont deny that. Hopefully the convenience of buying the part you needed,on the day you needed, it was of some value to you.

        Horrible customer service. They didn't even acknowledge us for 20 minutes. I went up to them and asked if anybody actually worked there. The customer service is the only reason we did not buy from them. My wife even made the comment that I work hard for my money and I shouldn't give it to a company that doesn't care for their customers. Will not be back. We went to a different store.

        I love this place, They are always ready to help. A special shout out to Larry, because of his knowledge and patience, I fixed my gas dryer by myself!!!!!!! I recommend this store, and the prices are great, compared to other places...THANK YOU LARRY

        I highly recommended Taylor's. Their service was FAST and GREAT! They fixed my dryer problem in one day versus Sears which took two weeks and my dryer is still not fixed. That's why I called Taylor's. If I knew about them earlier I wouldn't even called Sears. Also Great Price too!
