The owner/only employee, is absolutely disgraceful, disgusting! I’ve been shopping here for years 9+, only ethnic beauty supply for miles. I bought a closure, never opened it and came back with the receipt within 24hours, he said 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! And then turns around and says NO RETURNS.
He makes a living off of ethnic people and has no respect for them. He bold face lies. He is dishonest. Go spend your hard earned money else where, he’s a cheater and a liar, and such a tight wad he can’t even return his own unopened product with a receipt. ALL OTHER HAIR SUPPLY RETURN THERE OWN PRODUCTS. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION???
