Texas Farm Bureau Insurance

I will start this review by saying Terry Sipes is one of the nicest people you can ever hope to meet. His business however is not so nice to deal with! You will have great service and even decent premiums, of these I have no complaints. My complaint begins when a man named John Clifton comes into play. John Clifton is, simply put, a hatchet job and a hired gun to deny claims. If he ever approves a claim, which is rare, he will only allow you to use local tradesmen that he knows personally and uses them to cut corners. Most of my friends are customers of Farm Bureau but have never filed a claim. When they do, they won't be a customer for much longer! I truly have to ask if Terry Sipes knows this is going on!?!? If so, he is just as guilty as Clifton! Either way, play it safe! Go else where for your insurance until Clifton is fired. MARK 4:22 ....... Soon!
