Lotus Family Health and Wellness

This place is ridiculous! Three different times my mom has had the first appointment of the day (9am) and we arrive 15 minutes early to find the doors locked. The staff shows up between 9:05 - 9:15. They don't greet you or apologize for being late. The nurse left for 30-40 minutes to go grab the office breakfast. The doctor was over an hour and a half late getting to the office. We had to call twice to get a prescription called in and they don't schedule you for follow ups that they ask you to o come back for. I have seriouly never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and I go to the VA for my doctors! This place is a joke!
