        The Team Here at Scenic City Heating & Air we have a dedicated team of professionals ready to serve you 24/7. All of our techs are NATE certified and have been drug-tested. Scenic City H&A uses no sub-contractors. All of our techs and installation crews are employed directly by us and have years of experience in HVAC systems. The President David Lynn, the owner and Operations Manager, has been in this industry for 17 years. He graduated from Northwestern Technical College with an Associative Degree in Industrial Electricity, and holds a Master Gas Fitting License and Tennessee Unrestricted Mechanical License, as well as being a licensed Electrician. Three years ago he moved out on his own and started Scenic City Heating & Air. The Products and our Guarantees Here at Scenic City we offer products that give you the best value for your money. If your heating or cooling system has an irrepairable problem within 5 years of the time we installed it, we will replace it with an entire new system. Also, any part we install is under warranty for one year and work done by our techs is under warranty for 30 days. Our Goals To provide you with the best service 365 days a year. We feel that we are more professional and offer personal, better service. We work closely with our customers when installing new heating and cooling systems, to ensure their needs are met.

        Ethan came out yesterday and got my A/C going! He is very nice and professional. I am claiming him as MY personal airman! I have used Scenic City Heating and Air for years and would never use anyone else!
