Poor customer service. I spoke with an Andrew to inquire about some back up issues we are having. He sounded as if he was just waking up. After placing me in hold, he quoted a figure. We also wanted to get an idea of the root of our problem and I referenced the free estimate. He "dumbed it down" as he was talking to me and I felt he insinuated that I was asking for free services. I think if you call a plumbing professional you should get quality advice and good old customer service goes a long way. Set the expectation upfront so there ate no disappointments later. Based off this interaction I will go to school and learn the service myself before ever calling DL Jones Plumbing to do work for us.

Excellent, quick service! I called and left a message on a Sunday evening and received a call back around 9:00 Monday morning. The technichian met me at my house about 30 minutes later, fixed my leaky toilet, and even showed me how to fix this simple item myself in the future. The staff was friendly and professiona. I woud definitel recommend them.
