I was hesitant to purchase a home without knowing if there were any defects that I was not aware of, so I called AAA Gregory Martins Professional Engineers. Greg was very accommodating. Although my work schedule is very demanding, he made time in his to meet with me. The inspection went wonderfully, and I signed my closing documents with the peace of mind of knowing that I was making a good purchase. From start to finish, Greg remained professional and courteous, and he gave me comfort in knowing that my new house was secure.

When I hired the services of AAA Gregory Martins Professional Engineers, I had no idea of the level of customer service I was about to receive. Greg was courteous and friendly, and the work he did was highly thorough and efficient. He gave me several valuable recommendations prior to the purchase of my new residence followed with a detailed written report that I was able to reference back to when speaking with my realtor. Buying a home took a lot of time and effort, and Greg made the process much easier.

House inspection, exterior and interior, plus termite inspection. Mr. Martins performed an absolutely scrupulous inspection of the house and property we were considering for purchase--including a termite report. His inspection report, available a couple of days later, was thorough, leaving nothing out. He discovered a number of structural issues, safety concerns and other maintenance problems that we would need to address, and Mr. Martins's report provided a realistic cost estimate for each repair. He also noted areas he was unable to inspect because they were partially blocked. Mr. Martins performed his job with expertise and the highest degree of professionalism, and in this case we passed on the house, so he saved us a great deal of money. We certainly will use him again. Every grade in the "overall experience" grid should be A++!
