Avoid this place at all costs....

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a windshield replaced and they damaged my headliner and told me that there was no way that they did it, it was where the headliner meets the windshield. When I requested the owner, I was told it was the owner that had said it wasn't their fault. Later the owner was exiting again and made a snide comment about how they couldn't have done the damage. I went to talk to him about it and was again told that they weren't responsible for the damage. Knowing it wasn't there when I brought the truck in, and the work was done less than 1 inch from the damage, I know it was one of them that did the damage, so based on the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner decided to leave and handle it on my own rather than have an unprofessional business owner handle it, or cause me more inconvenience. I have owned a service business for over 15 years and couldn't believe the manner in which I was treated, or the lack of concern by the owner, Richard. With the customer service I received, I'm surprised that they are still in business, it was appalling to me that a business would treat a customer in such a manner.



I can not emphasize enough how rude the owner, Richard was to me.

Overall
Don't do business with this company!!!

I called and was told that the trophy that I needed engraved (3 lines 24 characters) would be $30 and it could be done in 30 minutes while I waited. When I delivered the trophy, I was told that it wouldn't be 30 minutes, it would be 2 days. On the 3rd day I called them to find out the status, and was told that they could get it done the next day (4 days total). When I went to pick up the trophy today, I was told it was $50 instead of $30, the price had gone up $20 because they had to make a new jig to keep the plaque in place. I told them that I should have received a call prior to them starting, they had the time-it was there for 4 days! I could have checked around and got a better deal, but now I'm screwed. The lady called the owner and asked if she could charge me the $30 since that was what I was quoted and he said no.



It is just a bad way to do business, and they will not get my business or anyone else that I know!
