Phone Fix Pro

Buyer BEWARE!!! Please watch my attached video for confirmation of what happened to me at this store. I had them to fix my iPhone 7 for a screen issue. The phone is well under 2 years old and hasn't had any other issues. Soon after allowing them to fix my phone the sound went out - Unexplainably. My 12 year old then broke the screen so I took the phone back to repair the screen and the sound issue. I paid $140 for the repairs. Within 20 days my phone went out while sitting on a charger and never turned on again. This repair facility kept my phone for 5 days. They offered a different reason for its demise each day. On day 5 they refused to warranty and refused to refund my money. I took the phone to another cell phone repair facility and they told me that this facility had ruined my phone with bad soldering. So I paid $140 for them to ruin my $700 phone.

And last but not least I had 2 phones "fixed"/ruined here. I had an iPhone 6+ that had a touch issue. When they "fixed" it they burned the top of the screen with more of their shifty soldering. Video proof of this is attached as well.

I plan to write a BBB complaint and dispute the charges with my bank because this company is totally shady.
