I had a very good experience with them in fact they could have charged a lot more they gave me a quote from just the way it was acting and it was about normal on there rate but in the end i was expecting to pay the price they said it would be but i was surprised when it was only 2/3 of that price i was so impressed that i bought them all lunch i had in my hand cash that i did not think i was going to have by them dropping the price so what else could i do but reward there honesty . and i know you will be treated the same

Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair rebuilt my transmission and gave me a 3-year warranty. I appreciated that they gave me 3 different options, prices, and warranties, and let me decide which one I wanted to go with.
The guys at Eagle Transmission were professional and everyone spoke English well and communicated clearly, which was important to me. I am happy with the work that they did. The car is still running well!

When it comes to professionalism, Eagle Transmissions is a 10! I would recommend them, and I do, for anything, any kind of work. Even if they don't do that type of work, I would rather send someone to them, because it is the right place to go. Chris is a pretty trustworthy guy. In fact, he runs the most trustworthy shop that I've met in Texas, and I've been here for 3 years now.
I just go in to Eagle Transmissions, drop of my vehicle, tell them what it needs, and they check it out. Like this last visit, I went in to another place for an oil change, and the guy said the transmission needed to be serviced, so I took it to Chris because I knew he would give me the right recommendations, as I'm not a mechanical person. He checked it out and said that it definitely needed to be serviced and should probably be checked out once a year. My truck has 280,000 miles on it, and it runs like brand new. I'm not about to get rid of it anytime soon. Any vehicle I own, I take to Eagle Transmissions, and they have my thanks.

Gerardo was sooo helpful! I was driving from California to Georgia and my transmission gave out here in Dallas. I was so scared and nervous but Gerardo assured me that he could fix it all up for me and get me back on the road quickly.

He was very knowledgeable about the transmission and was able to find the cause of the issue within minutes. He also helped me understand my car even better which to a girl alone, in her 20's is priceless. To actually feel like you're not being taken advantage of at the mechanics. My dad really appreciated it.

He was also very willing to work longer hours to help me meet my deadlines and arrive in Georgia on time and safely. Definitely recommend this shop.

I brought my Land Rover in for a pretty big transmission repair. The dealer wanted $1800 and Eagle did it for $800. I have had no issues with the repair. Gerardo was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the repair. These people are very honest and friendly, I would definitely recommend.

I found Eagle Transmission on Google maps. I did some research online and placed a call. I spoke to Junior at Eagle Transmission and he sold me with his level of experience and helpfulness. Eagle Transmission blew away the shop I had previously used. I brought my car in first thing in the morning. They did a great job explaining everything. I live probably seven miles away, and after they took my information, they gave me a ride back home for no charge. They were on time with their work and they thoroughly explained what was wrong with the transmission. Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised. I was not expecting such high quality of service. Eagle Transmission takes care of their customers. They want to make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting into.

Everything was great. Eagle Transmission was recommended to me by another shop here in the Garland area. This was my first time using Eagle and they were fast. They did a full transmission rebuild on my F-150 truck, which I use as a personal vehicle as well as for my business. They did a great job. They even said they'd come pick up my truck to do the work, and they did. I don't think there are any better people to do the job than Eagle Transmission.

I took my BMW and they checked in a timely manner.They give me a great price on the sensors that it needed. The People were Friendly. Overall, great place to take your car for repairs.

I have used eagle transmission to get all my cars repaired. Every time i have dealt with these guys to fix anything breaks.i have got 3 transmissions rebuild there,one for my e420 one for a chevy venture,and als 2000 jeep ,,all 3 times best price and best job,,,.will always use them for my cars repair.thank u guys for all u do

I have been working with Eagle in Richardson for some time now as we initially repaired the transmission and then they worked with me to replace another part that had gone out as the result of the stiffness of the repair and they did this at cost and even when the factory part failed, they redid the work at no cost without complaint. They also told me about a workaround that could be done to protect my transmission in the future and did that for me at cost when they replaced the broken part. Caleb has been very patient with me and kind throughout my numerous dealings with them and has always worked to make sure that I am happy in spite of having to spend so much money. While I have had multiple issues occur...many of them just bad luck, the team has worked to make sure that I was taken care of and happy. I would recommend Caleb and Eagle to anyone.

From start to finish everyone at Eagle was great. They always answered the phone when I called with updates or questions on our truck, and is always smiling and courteous. I've met the actual owner/GM and he was also incredibly nice. He's very old-school about customer service and helping people out. I wish more owners and managers still had that attitude, but they've got it at this shop for sure. Gerardo is who we dealt with the most, and the best thing about the whole experience is that we had a pretty major repair that cost a pretty penny (no matter where you go) and we only had enough money off-hand to pay for about half. And, we're in the process of rebuilding our credit so our credit was not good. Gerardo and Emo took a lot of time with us to find us several financing options to combine to make sure we could get our truck working again. They even started working on the truck for us while figuring it all out (which took about a day, because again, bad credit that we're still fixing). I'd use Eagle again. I'd recommend this particular location to friends, because the owner and employees are customer-oriented. Also, they finished the truck's transmission pretty quickly and we needed it back right away. In conclusion... I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED.

i found out i needed transmission work, i was passing by Eagle Transmission Shop on Jupiter Rd, talk a very friendly manager CALEB BECERRA, ask me to leave the truck and they would call me and tell me what the problem was, i was hesitant, but Caleb azure me that i would take of. well Caleb call me and told me problem i agreed to the fix & the price i was given two options and choose a new part, rather than rebuilding the old part, and got a 3yr warranty.hey sent a driver to pick me up & Caleb took the time to have my truck washed & ready to go
also got to meet the owner (truck guy) very nice man. all in all i would recommend this shop, thanks Caleb for all your help. Happy Customer.
