Do not use this company.
One guard Home warranty assigned this DFW HVAC and Plumbing, LLC, to fix my shower valve and water heather. Upon assignment, this contractor NEVER called to set up the appointment. after waited 3 days, I called One-guard to complain. After the complaint, this contractor called within 5 mnts. It is obviously ignorance of them not to call instead of due to busyness. They set up the appointment for 2 days later ( FYI, I called One-guard on Monday, they called on Thursday, and made appt for 2 days later, which is Saturday). I was not able to use my bathroom for the whole week. Good thing I did not have flooding issue. Then, comes Saturday......they never showed up, no phone call,.....nothing!
Very unprofessional company.
