Quality Tire Auto Service

I went in for a routine oil change. Immediately after leaving the site, I heard a LOUD screeching noise coming from my SUV. I turned around to inform Israel Meneses (store owner) about my concerns. I was informed that I had a break pad problem that it could be fixed for an additional costs. Distraught, I informed Israel that I DID NOT have loud noises coming from my SUV prior to receiving service at his store. He did not offer any other resolution and walked away from me while I was trying to talk to him about my concerns...

Quality Tire Auto Service Center, Goodyear is a dishonest business. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles there again. I also plan to sue for the cost that I will incur for fixing the problem that occurred at their site.... I went in for a routine oil change... Left with severe break problems.

few years back i got a life time warranty alignment,

just over 6mo ago i went back to get another one. they tried to say it wasnt there it must be some where else, so i go home and get the paperwork go back, and what do you know ! oh yea i found it, haha. so they do the work, 6mo later im doing a tune up on my car and i do an inspection, my tires are worn down badly! they were brand new! turns out they left one of my tie rod sleves loose. so now i have to go back on oct 31 IF there open and have them fix it and get new tires before my long drive today, F#$*% bull !! we'll see how this turns out when i go after work.

I really appreciated the wonderful service that I recieved from the employees of Quality Tire. They really helped me out when I needed their help in towing my car to the location and fixing it in a timely manner. I appreciate their honesty and sincerity.

i had my brakes done at a couple of diffrent places before coming to quality tire and nobody could get it right it would shake and make noise while i was braking, and the people would keep telling me to just let it brake in so i finnaly gave up and took it them and they fixed in 1 hour and hardley even charged me for there time i highly recomened them
