We have used Computer Doctor several times. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased and will use them in the future.

I provided Computer Doctor with a tablet that was not working. They are a proven factor in knowing how to repair that tablet. The repair of that tablet was a life saver. I can always count on them to fix anything that I have! Super customer service without a doubt!!

I've lived in the area for 18 years; and my family and I have been taking our computers to be repaired by Computer Doctor INC, throughout this time. My husband recently got his desktop repaired, and he's satisfied with their work. I also, had them make a minor repair on my laptop. It was ready in a week, as Don promised; and I'm satisfied, also. They've done great work for us in the past and currently, and we're still satisfied customers.

These guys are great. Over the years they have been there to repair my computers for me and they are very thorough. If you have a problem, they generally know how to help you. Now - if you want something repaired fast go ahead and pay the expedite fee because when they tell you it will be 14 days before they look at it - they are kidding. However, I have found they are worth the wait. They aren't some obscure tech at a help desk in India, they are in the community, they are customer friendly and they even have a pet dog. I would much rather spend my money on a locally owned business than have to pack my computer and send it in the mail. They get 4 1/2 stars and the only reason they don't get 5 is the long wait if you don't pay the expedite fee.
