        The worst experience. We recently hired these guys to install hard wood floors in our house and the job was completely botched. Worse, they refused to accept any responsibility for it. It will cost us thousands to fix the damage caused to our house by Banner Carpets Torrance. A must to avoid - be warned.

        Did not have a good experience at Banner Carpets. Don't shop there. They just want your money...service is just plain bad (but with a smile). Left a really bad taste in my mouth.
