Twr Home Inspections

TWR has inspected several my residential rental properties along with four of my hotel investments. The owner "Tim" is the only person I've met in the area with any knowledge of current California code. I would highly recommend TWR for residential or commercial inspections.

Be careful using this guy. He inspected my house and it's costing hundreds of dollars to repair the items that he missed. Items that a good inspectors should have caught but didn't.then he's not willing to reburse me for the damages caused by his neglect.
