JT's Lawn & Landscaping

After calling three landscaping companies that were highly recommended by a local community Facebook page, one never called me back, one called me a week later, and the owner of JT's Lawn & Landscaping called me that very day. Within three days he was at my house with a plan to remove and install a new walkway, replace my driveway, and clear out the old shrubs and bushes, and plant new ones.

Because of the rain, work was delayed several times, but the owner was constantly on the phone with me, letting me know his schedule. In good time, everything was finished to our satisfaction. Both the owner and crew were very professional, helpful, and honest.

We highly recommend their services, and will be using them in the future.

JT did a very big masonry job at my house. My entire driveway and backyard is finished with beautiful red brick pillars, pool house, & cobblestones. It is absolutely perfect. I bought my house already finished, so i didn't know that the backyard & driveway was finished by JT until i connected with him on instagram. He reached out to me because he recognized my backyard in a picture i posted. When i looked at the house for sale, i was so sure that i wanted to buy it i told my realtor not to let anyone else onto the property; and i paid my deposit in cash, to out bid the other people looking at the house ( my house was on the market for one day before i bought it and had to out-bid other buyers!). The reason i was so sure i wanted it was because of the masonry work in the backyard. I knew it was high end, and done the right way. My father even told me that he had been looking at this house for years waiting for it to hit the market, because he also has always admired the work done outside.

STAY AWAY!!!!
Always lying about why he didn't show up. Then when he finally responds back to your call it will be days till he comes back, with some long excuse. Didn't finish job showed on contract and now avoiding every phone call. I will be seeking legal advice. Asked for payment in full so he can pay employees and never returned. yes our fault for paying but since there was a contract I never thought someone would do this.

Stay Away. He doesn't pay his employees and uses unsafe equipment. He downneats his employees so they believe they cannot work elsewhere. One of his excuses was he couldn't pay because the bank added an extra zero to the deposite. He is out on bail for superior court , so he may not finish your project.
