        Overall

        We spoke to Dustin twice. He was supposed to follow up and call us back. No call back. Tried to call and even sent a text message to his cell phone but no response. They were suppose to do a service call. This went on for nearly two weeks. We waiter two weeks Ref to a water heater. We should’ve went elsewhere from the start. We waisted two weeks, waiting when we could’ve found some else. but nothing- We would not recommend!!! No follow up.
