Verano at Rancho Cucamonga Town Square

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY!!!! If I could rate negative stars I would!! They take advantage of people and will say whatever needed and give false information to get you to sign the lease.
The leasing agents are straight garbage the only one you can trust is Albert.
Braylen has the worst customer service and has no idea what she is doing. If she is drawing up your lease don’t sign it until you read it over a few times because she will fill in the wrong information over and over again without doing her due diligence to make sure it is correct.
The manager Betty is not too much better. She comes off as a nice person but it’s all a front. She will tell you one thing just to get you out of her office then hit you with the same bill she said she wouldn’t.
When you complain about the lies they told. They act as if they are going to help you out and apologize and tell you how this never happens but if you read all the reviews all they do is lie is give terrible service.
If you still decide to move here get EVERYTHING they say in writing because they are all some lies!! And if you “don’t have it in writing it never happened” says the billing manger with UDR.
I am going to be out of around $500 and I never even lived here? How does that happen?
Please do yourself a favor and do not move here!! You will be lied to and taken advantage of!
Do your research about this community negative feedback everywhere you look.
I cannot stress this enough. Please do yourself a favor and not move to this property.

The Verano was an amazing place to live! It was my first apartment after moving out of my parents' house, and it is the home my husband and I came back to after we got married.

The only thing that was not the best was the smoking. We lived in Building 1, which is is completely no smoking..but nearly every time we walked down the stair outside to get to the first floor, the entire stairway was clouded with smoke. Often my husband and I came home with headaches from smoke walking up stairs to get to our apartment. When we told management, they came out right away to tell people to stop. After hours was more difficult though.

The managers are wonderful, the maintenance staff was quick and did their job well, and the area was great. We could walk to the Target across the street and the restaurants nearby were diverse and yummy. I definitely recommend living at the Verano!

I did end up moving away from the Verano, but it was purely due to a new job and needing to have a shorter commute.
