We had to call a plumber after trying to unclog our toilet ourselves. We were frustrated and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday so we were worried about after hour prices. We called all star and were given an appt within a couple hours. Vincent was on time, friendly, and professional! He was done within 20 minutes and easily found our problem. We are so happy with the service and will be repeat customers!

My water heater needed an upgrade. I called AllStar and they sent Matthew H. He arrived on time, was professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained all the changes that were needed and explained my options. He did all the work that same day, very efficiently and expertly. He answered all my questions and told me about how I could extend the warranty if I wanted. The next day I said I wanted to extend the warranty and he took care of it all. The service was extremely professional and I am very pleased. I always use AllStar for any plumbing needs and I have always been very glad I did.

Vincent was very professional, and explained all details. He was not annoyed with me at all when I asked him the same question twice. He kindly explained again so that I would understand. For the past 2 years many have tried to shut off my main water valve with no success. I always ended up calling the city to shut off the water when ever we did work on the house. Vincent and his assistant shut off the water without a problem. He also fixed my leaky shower which 2 other plumbers had failed to do. These guys are very skilled and the prices are reasonable.
