I had this company come out through my home warranty company after another plumber failed to show up or even return my call! Rosemary was real helpful with getting me an appointment that same day and the plumber Joe did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. He left everything clean and you would have never known a plumber was there except that my disposal now works!!!

We called them to come fix our leaky toilet, they sent a junior plumber to ck it out. He took pics and charged us $115 and he said the office will send us an estimate for getting it fixed. They sent us an estimate of $450, we thought it was high but we didn’t want to start over with another plumbing service. They came and fixed it, it took awhile because the plumber was on his cell phone telling other plumbers what to do and looking at the pics they were sending. After they left we noticed the toilet was still leaking, we called them and they came back. They said they problem wasn’t from the work they had done so they charged another $110. I called to object and the customer service lady wouldn’t even listen and kept talking over me. After I asked her to let me talk she angrily said I will talk to the surperviser and someone will call you. No one ever called us and I was so bothered by the way she talked to me, I will never call them back but I will make sure to tell everyone about their bad service!

They came out and fixed the pipes, cables, and pipe lines .

Fixed water pressure in toilet. He was very nice, he explained things to you. He was on time and did exactly what he needed to do. He was respectful and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, I didn't have to do anything.

Don't bother with this plumbing company- they are not serious about their clients. Extremely bad customer service.

Laura Cady is the best. After meeting with several florist around town she was the best. I called her and we meet the same day. She asked me to tell her my ideas then recommended the best flowers. Everything was beyond beautiful. The bridal cascade bouquet of bombay orchids and stargazer lilies with a touch of filler and draping greenery was like a signature master piece and I was speechless. Tears of joy! Also my bridal party loved the petite orchid blooms on a wristlet with a touch of babies breath in the colors of fuchsia & purple. We had flowers all inside & outside at the Sanctuary Hall & Gardens to decorate the place. Event wire helped me plan my very own dream come true wedding. I got everything from the bridal shows. Now I'm happily married!

Very happy with Nick, the technician that came to my house today. I had a leak and he replaced the valve and I was on my way again. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely keep their number on hand!

They do excellent work, are reasonable with their prices, arrive on time and don't leave a mess. Most of all they know what they are doing. I first met them when they came out to deal with a plumbing problem and were recommended by HMS Home Warranty. After that I always asked for them if I needed a plumber again. Now I recommend them to all of my clients.

Modern plumbing are wonderful. We had a hot water heater fail, they came out and the tech Roy took a look and set us up for a new hot water replacement. We are working with a home owners warranty so they explained the process to us and Katie in dispatch kept us informed all the way when their team could be expected. Every one was professional and polite, not in a hurry at all and answered all of our questions. Being new to the area we have now found our plumbers for any future needs. You all rock!!!

I have leaking faucets on both my kitchen and master bath shower. Billy was great. He assessed the problem and determined that I need new faucets for both. He said he would submit order to AHS today. We'll see how it goes from here. So far so good. My first experience with AHS

After receiving an outrageous estimate from another company to have the work done the next day, I called Triangle Plumbing. I called around 4:15pm. The tech called me around 4:20pm to give me my call ahead. He was at my door step around 4:50pm. The tech was very professional. I had a leak around my water meter and he explained that he would have to dig to find the leak. He stated that his rate is $85/hr plus parts. I said go for it because even if he was there for 10 hrs it still wouldn't have touched the other company's estimate. He started to work and was very efficient. I had to leave my house at 6:30pm and he said no problem my office will bill you and I shouldn't be here much longer. I told him he was my hero that day. We didn't go a day without water and Christmas didn't take a major hit. I will definitely add there info to my contact list.

Whether it is a home repair project, business or commercial need, these folks will take care of you with great results and a reasonable price. Sewers and drains, hot water heaters, to a leaky faucet or running toilet, nothing in the world of running water seems out of their reach. They helped me when tree roots cracked a pipe in my yard and have since tackled many projects in our new office building like bathroom up-fits and installing restaurant quality sinks, ice makers and dishwashers in our meeting rooms and employee break areas. So he replace my lower heating element on my water heater. Next day I have a leak. Insurance is paying for new water heater but I have to pay nearly $400 for housing code. They broke it!
