        My a/c unit upstairs was blowi...

        My a/c unit upstairs was blowing warm air, so started searching for a/c contractor, reading reviews on many sights, called one with great reviews, thinking I found "THE ONE",called twice left info. Sent e-mails, no reply from that company, so I started searching again and found Heat wave, called on Tuesday, left info and a minute later I was on the phone with Adam making an appointment. Adam showed up at my house the next day on time, took time to check both of my units and to my surprise my a/c units were working fine! Adam gave me some advice on efficient way to run my units. He was very professional and personable and HONEST! I will definitely be recommending him and his company to my neighbors and friends. Thank you soooo much Adam.

        Extremely knowledgeable, Highly Recommended

        Such honest and helpful people. Over the last two days, I have been working with Abdul to pinpoint the problem in our older AC unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how each component works together to cool our home. He came yesterday and got the unit working but because he hadn't found the root of the problem, he did not charge us for the service call. Today, when the unit went out again, I called him and he was in my driveway within 30 minutes. He quickly and efficiently replaced the part and advised me to call him directly should the problem reoccur.

        I have to say that I am usually on the defense when dealing with servicemen and almost expect to get ripped off simply because I am a woman and am stereotyped into the category of knowing nothing about home improvement. Abdul treated me with respect and kindness.
