John will cost you thousands of dollars. He inspected a home I bought and less than a year later what he should have found another inspector did and one item was so bad he could of killed everyone in this house. That is a furnace vent pipe that clearly is no longer intact. Run away from this guy as fast as you can. I'm guessing he did not inspect that because he is too large to fit in the area this was in. So instead of saying he couldn't get his fat rear in there he just left it as GOOD, not too mention, couldn't get himself on the roof or in the attic for proper inspection.
