Don't let the 5 star rating fool you. Their quotes have hidden charges and once they have your money your screwed. the crew that did the install did do a nice job. We paid a $100 deposit that was never returned or credited and after we paid the total bill we were charger $200+ for additional excavation. Never heard a thing about that. We were told that after they had excavated the dump truck motor blew and we would pay $150 to have the dirt hauled away. have not seen or heard from them to date. My advise...get someone else,or withhold the payment until you have everything that you expected. Otherwise you will end up with a mess like this ...and after two months waiting , we hired someone to haul their mess away. Another $200
