        The Clean Out Business is clean out all the trash that a tenant or homeowner leaves behind. If asked, we will also clean the house and prepare the place for the tenant. The Handyman services, we go in and fix the house, appartment and make it sell/rent worthy, you tell us what you want and if possible we will fix it. The Lawn maintenance is we mow, weed-eat and edge the property, this can be done weekly or bi-weekly. The pricing depends on a lot of factors, what you want done, how you want it done and condition of structure. Please feel free to contact me. The Notary Service I provide is Mobile, I will go to your clients to notarize their documents, whether it be loan documents or personal documents. (pricing is dependant on location)
