Modern Cleaners

I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. It was suppose to be done on Wednesday, They called and said it wouldn't be done till Friday. We picked it up only to find it was not our blanket. It was old, had a different pattern and was not even clean. They said they would look into it but never called us back. I came in every week for three weeks and they consistently blew me off and never returned phone calls. Finally the manager yelled at me over the phone refusing to believe it was not my blanket and would not refund the prince of the blanket as previously agreed. So now I am out a $230 blanket and extremely upset with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees. DO NOT go to Modern Cleaners in Provo or Springville.
