Four Seasons Heating & A/C

This company is terrible! I called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointement for Friday afternoon at 3:00. It is to make some repairs in a house that we are selling, and I explained that we needed the repairs done before Monday, when the buyers meet us at the house to sign some paperwork. We live in Salt Lake, and the house in in Logan. My husband left work early to be there by 3, and they never showed up. I called at 3:30, and they said that they didn't even have the appointment in their computer. I explained the situation, and the guy said that there was nothing he could do because it was too late in the day to do something like that anyway. He said that he couldn't understand why the guy would have even scheduled it that late in the day anyway. I told him that they screwed up and they might be jeopardizing the sale of our house and I asked to speak to a manager. He said that they were all out of town until after the 24th. This company has terrible customer service and orginazition. It blows me away that they can be so irresponsible and not hold themselves accountable for their actions. The guy I talked to recommended that I call Western Mechanical, who is going to fix our problems, but we have to pay the overtime rate because it will be after 5 before a tech can get there. So, to sum it up, my husband left work early for no reason, and now we have to pay the tech at a different company time and a half for labor because Four Seasons screwd up, and they don't even care. DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it if you do!

Be careful. They didn't even do what I asked, they came in for three minutes and just tried to sell me stuff, left and sent me a bill for 70 dollars! Very bad customer service.

They suck at customer service they don't even try to contact you or come out and help when you are need of their services. They came right out to sell us a furnace but to maintance it is a different story. Stay away from this business it is a headache.

Technicians showed up late, didn't finish job and Never called me back to finish the job, even after several attempts of me calling them. But they had no problem mailing me bills for more money than I was quoted and for a job UNFINISHED!! I finally called another hvac place in town and got my a/c working.
