They came the day after I called about a leaky main service valve, and fixed it straight away. I'd call them again.

The owner of this company was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to discuss their excessive charges. It took the plumber more than double the time to complete the job than they initially quoted. They had to come back a second time to correct their errors on the job and the final bill was over $200 more than the plumber verbally quoted when he left the job.

We had a serious problem with this company. Not only did the owner come to my home and personally insult and harass me, but he also went to all my neighbors with stories of slander. This business is highly unprofessional in their practices and does not have a good understanding of their trade. I was highly disappointed and would never recommend them out.

Steve arrived on time and completed the clearing of the sewer in short order. I felt his fee was reasonable considering this is a holiday weekend. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone.

I had "Steve" come out to help my we a blocked sewer. He called me to let me know what time he would arrive. Did a thorough job: was there for more than an hour and charged me $112.000. I felt like he knew what he was doing and did a good job on clearing the line and taking care of us. It's over a month later and we have had no problems with the line.

I made an appointment for 3:00pm and had to call twice before the tech finally arrived. The tech said that he left me a voicemail saying that he was on the way and that I did not answer. There was no voicemail after I checked.After it was all said and done I was charged 1.5 hours for labor after he showed up an hour late. The tech told me that it included "travel time" because he left his job before my stop at 3:45 and I had to pay for travel time for him to get back to his shop. Long story short, I was charged $165.00 for what I believed to be a $75.00 job. I'd never use or recommend them again.
