Have always had a great experience interacting with their employees. Timely with their follow-ups and responses, and are very knowledgeable about their products.

We have been a customer for many years and have only had exemplary service. We have purchased and had installed several shower enclosures, custom glass shelving and even replacement glass for an accent table. This is a very good organization.

If I could rate this business with zero stars, that would still be too many. Ordered their shower enclosure to specific measurements. When it arrived, half of the product was cut to the appropriate size, the other half was not. I identified the problem with the instructions that were sent with the product, they had neglected to add 9/16" (as directed in their own instructions) before they cut the material. Spoke with reps at the manufacturer who refused to stand by their product. Now I'm left with a shower enclosure that I paid for that is unusable.
