        Overall

        Bad experience with this company, unfortunately I picked them when my furnace was starting to fail. The problem was not detected on the initial visit, then after the furnace failed again, I was charged $267 dollars to replace a pressure switch that costs about $20 dollars (yes, I looked is P/N RSS495-011), of course the first time I paid $150 to evaluate the problem, which it was not detected. When I complained about the high to cost to replace the part, I was told the part costs about $200 dollars, really? I get that companies markup parts but 100% markup?? Their attitude when I complained about the high markup was not pleasant; I don't think they care about keeping customers happy. Do not use them!
