Fantastic Sams

I have tried this place three times, and strike 3!first time they pulled my daughter's hair so bad she was in tears so she never even got the chance for a haircut, 2nd time they gave my son a horrible fade!And third time I took my daughter back with me the lady was nice and gentle, but I told her to cut off all the split ends and there are places I can tell were never even cut because I still can't comb through it with ease (like I could once JC Penny's cut her hair), and the other lady butchered me! I asked her to keep it as long as possible because I am going to be in a wedding and even showed her a picture of long hair with the style I want, however she cut it so short, and I went home in absolute tears! Just because you have short hair lady... Does not mean I want short hair too!!! Thanks for ruining my hair for the wedding. My hair will take many years to grow back. I will NEVER go back here! I won't even take my daughter back to get the rest cut because I don't trust you guys.
