I was greeted by every employee I came across! Every single one was beyond polite and helpful! They literally brightened my whole day! I’ve been to this store 3x since we moved here and they’re the best!

I had Best Buy install a speaker system in my '04 Honda Civic. I used to work in the industry, but didn't have time for this particular project. However, I was greatly pleased with the job they did. Fast, great customer service, and much cheaper than Dashworks.

I have had some bad experiences with trying to return items. It seems there is always a feeling in the air of "you're guilty until proven innocent". This store needs to focus more on the customer experience.
