        If there were an option for zero stars, I would use it. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Had a problem with every single aspect of the job (which was an easy one by our standards) then sent angry and condescending emails as follow ups. We do business with embroiderers all over the country - NEVER have we encountered such unprofessionalism. Very disappointing.
