One of the worst companies to deal with i have been fighting with them for over a year and a half to fix my washer due to somthing there technician caused by not cleaning the water out of the drum pan caused the drum legs to rust and break and had the nerve to tell me its my fault because i did not open the washer panel and clean the water out but if i did due that i would have voided warrenty, then the warrenty company that jetsons sold to me did not want to cover it, so when i told jetsons what had happen they told me i had to take it up with the warrenty company myself so they dont stand behind what they sell finally after a year and a lawyer i got a new washer no thanks to jetsons i had a green washer which they dont make any more so i had to get a grey one they deliver it and no pedastil they told me to use my green one on my new grey washer you would think after all the trouble i have been through in the last year andd a half they would take care of a customer who has been cheated from the beginning. the worst customer service i have ever delt with and if you call there and betty gets on the phone just hang up does not no how to talk to customers and does not care. Im in sales been doing it for the last 17 yrs and my best business is repeat business .....i guess brands mart and best buy have a new customer i will never recommend them to know one and the funny thing is i need the matxhing dryer now but it wont be through them .......
