As long as you can avoid the owner (Vet who also owns Oceans Edge Veterinary Clinic) you'll be ok. The staff are friendly and love the animals. The facility is fine (no bells and whistles, but safe and clean). The staff seem to care about the animals and the services they provide.
The owner just cares about money. You'll find the same statement from numerous people if you read the reviews for her clinic. She'll try to over bill you and sneak in hidden fees stating that she's provided services that there is no proof of and at no point were confirmed with me, the animals owner. Get a quote ahead of time, so that the price is known by everyone. Otherwise you could come home to a surprisingly large bill that you didn't anticipate. That being said, your pet should recieve good care. Mine typically do. Gwen is great!

They took great care of our adult dog and of our new puppy.

The owner of this place wanted to charge me for a bath my dog never got and tried to double the price I was quoted for his stay. Thank God the employee who was working the counter was an honest person and disregarded the owners quote. I won't be using this place again.
