Fantastic Sams

Two years ago I couldn't get a scheduled haircut because of a massive traffic jam that caused me to be 20 minutes late, and would have caused the next customer to have to wait. On Saturday I arrived early and was told I would have to wait at least an hour because an earlier customer wanted additional services they had not originally scheduled. I left after a half hour and will never go back. In addition, I told the owner that the previous Wednesday I called four times between 3:30 to 4:05 to schedule an appointment and not once was my call answered even with two phone lines, but she seemed to not even care.

Terrible. Bad scheduling. Had to walk out. So slow couldn't get in for appointed time so daughter could not get hair done for ball.
