        Overall

        Brauer's replaced the compressor to my outside unit, at almost $900 labor. Then, it started making an alarming loud noise on start up (the neighbors down the street can hear it!). I called them back out. The tech that came out said it doesn't sound normal, but when he called to ask Craig Brauer what to do, Craig said there's nothing they can do about it and it's normal. We're sad to say, we won't be using them, or recommending them anymore.
