LOVE this company! Jason and Heather were awesome, we remodelled our three bathrooms and Jason came to measure for our new frameless showers and vanity mirrors. From start to finish the process was easy and we absolutely love our showers as so does my kids. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, integrity this family owned business is your best bet. Thanks again guys!!
I am very disappointed with my experience with Jason and Dean Glass. After measuring and taking a down payment, my expected install period came and went and I never heard from them. I had to follow up repeatedly to get the enclosure installed. The enclosure has created massive flooding in our bathroom and has made our new shower UNUSABLE. I have tried to work with them on the issues, but they NEVER follow-up. They blame the problems on one small piece of tile even though it leaks in 3 different spots. They promised to help but I haven't heard from them since. They drilled into our expensive new tile and left us with a shower that floods the bathroom and holes in our new tile. I am very disappointed in their workmanship and horrible customer service. If one 6" piece of tile is absolutely critical to the entire enclosure working, I would measure better up front if it was my business. I highly recommend you choose any company other than Dean Glass

I am sorry you felt you had such an unpleasant experience with our company. There are a few things that I will have to respectfully debate with you however. Yes I will admit that from order date to install we took about 4-5 days longer than expected. Unfortunately one of your panels had a chipped edge and had to be remade. In the glass and mirror business this is a rare but not necessarily uncommon event. I apologized then and will do so again here. The comment that I believe is completely unfair is blaming Dean Glass & Mirror for "creating massive flooding" in your bathroom. I explained to you, very calmly I might add, while you were screaming at me, what the problem was. Your bottom curb is pitched outwards away from the shower so any water that hits the door and flows down to the curb then flows out. It is a very simple fix for your tile guy as I've already explained to you. Blaming the glass enclosure is silly in my opinion. If the top of the curb were pitched properly, there would be NO issues. All of this has been explained to you. Again I apologize for the time frame mishap but we are not taking blame for inadequate tile work. Jason Weese Dean Glass & Mirror

What an amazing company! Jason and Heather went out of their way to make sure my window was replaced as soon as possible after a horrible golfer put a ball through my window. I would recommend this business to everyone I encounter! Also found out they did the Boca Resort's bathrooms! I'm not surprised!
I thank everyone at Dean Glass and Mirror! My new bathroom looks amazing and totally unique. From customer service to installation, this has been a great experience (when the rest of my construction projects have caused headaches). I look forward to your work on our second bathroom.
Dean Glass and Mirror's was so great to work with!! The work was top quality! They were freindly, knowledgable, and completed my custom glass work in an extremely timely manner! I would recommend this company to anyone.
I would not recommend this business if my life depended on it! These people just want to sell, sell, sell!!!! They have no idea how to run a business and they even argue with the customer and do not care about satisfied custoers obviously. As long as you pay, they're ok!

This "customer" ordered a tempered piece of glass from me with her measurments. She was informed at that time that if her measurments were wrong that she would be responsible for the piece. I even went so far as to ask her if she would like me to come and measure it myself. She declined saying it wasn't necessary. She even signed the order saying that we weren't responsible for her measurments. Guess what?? Her measurments were wrong and she expected me to replace the glass. The BBB has already rejected her bad review and I can furnish all appropriate paperwork to prove our stance. Can she do the same??
THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! They could care less if they did not follow proper procedure when taking orders they just process them and if the table top does not fit it's YOUR own fault...they could care less...they do not care to help the customer in the least...BAD SERVICE!!!

NEVER GO to DEAN GLASS AND MIRROR IN MARGATE FLORIDA>>>NEVER!!!!! The worst customer service ever! Deceiving people. They absolutely do not care about the customer being satisfied or that they do their best for the customer, they just want your money!
