I cannot say enough about CLA Construction. Several years ago, we had a sever water leak somewhere in the house, and couldn’t find it. We brought in a local plumber and after more than an hour, he couldn’t find it either. Next, we called a larger plumbing company. They said the leak was “somewhere under the foundation” near the kitchen, and we’d need to partially dismantle our kitchen, tear up the tiles, and cut a large hole in the slab, just to find the leak. Not only would that have been costly and time consuming, but we would have been without a kitchen for the duration. So we brought in a contractor. We chose CLA Construction, and are really glad we did! They assessed the situation, cut a small hole in the drywall of the guest bathroom (on the other side of the kitchen), snaked a camera through the wall and found the water leak -- and a separate broken drain pipe -- all in less than 30 minutes. CLA was then able to pull up the carpet (without damaging it), cut a small hole in slab, and fix the broken drain pipe and the split water main. This was much faster and less expensive, and we never lost the use of our kitchen! We were so impressed that we’ve used CLA Construction for all our home repair needs since.

CLA Construction met all of our expectations and more. They provided a timely detailed estimate and gave a reasonable quote. We had them transform our water heater/heater space inside into a walk-in pantry and the results are exceptional. They showed up to work each day on time and were professional in all aspects of the job. We cannot say how pleased we were with the pantry and with the closet doors they later installed in our home. We highly recommend their skills...your home will look so much better with their help!!

Contractor's performance, work ethic, and attitude was poor and disappointing. Material was not of high quality which created problems not addressed or corrected, as requested. He did not comply with contract requirements. I would not recommend him for any remodeling jobs.

CLA Construction has provided excellent workmanship on three projects at my home involving TREX decking materials--a large bench encircling a large 40-year old Mulberry tree in the backyard, a smaller bench in the front of the house and a large deck expansion. Chris Anthony and his assistant were punctual, cleaned the area as work was finished daily, and completed the projects on time. His suggestions on design considerations and cost-cutting tips were very helpful and appreciated. I enthusiastically recommend his work to others.

CLA Construction has done an excellent job with several drainage projects at our home. I had some drainage installed at our home by CLA over 10 years ago, and they did an excellent job. Then after we added on to our home, we hired CLA back to do some additional work and put in a sump pump. Again, they were very responsive and did an excellent job. When we had a recent problem with the sump pump after a couple of years, they came right out and fixed it as part of the warranty. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend CLA Construction.

I have a really small house that needed a solution for opening up the living area. The fix was opening the wall between the living room and the kitchen. Chris Anthony and his crew came out, listened to my concerns and gave me an estimate that was affordable. The wall was a load-bearing wall so that care had to be taken to install the pass-through properly. They were neat and cleaned up afterward. I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend CLA construction. Great job!

I had lots of deep standing water in my back yard after a heavy rain. I had one drain that didn't work at all. I called CLA and they responded quickly. After the CLA Construction crew came they surveyed the problem, and gave me a reasonable estimate. They installed three drains from my yard to the street, connected to the existing drain, (cutting through concrete) and installed clean-outs. They were on time, fast and did a great job. They cleaned up after the job so that you couldn't even tell they were there. After the heavy rain we had this winter I had no standing water at all.

CLA Construction has rebuilt our deck, built multiple fences, and done remodeling projects at our home. This is the best company that has ever done work at our home! Chris Anthony, the owner, is always on site. He does meticulous work, as does his crew. He always arrives on time, works until the project is finished, and is very nice guy. I recommend this company without hesitation.
