Final bill was more than the original estimate. Extremely poor communication throughout the entire process. Service was poor. Overall, a very bad experience. And we generally are pretty understanding, but this was just lack of professionalism.

We were very unimpressed with the service. We had new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed. The work was done on a newly purchased home and installation was arranged through a general contractor. We were told the system was ready to go, but the softener was not charged. We called the plumber and were told they never charge the water softener. We were told to just read the manual (which we had to call the manufacturer for, because we did not have one). Kind of like buying a car and being told the car is ready to go, but you have to go get a battery and put gas in the tank. He also installed new high efficiency toilets, but installed them with cheap, flimsy plastic seats. We are doing additional work, upgrading fixtures in 3 baths and kitchen. We will not be using Told Plumbing and would not recommend them to others.

I was very impressed with Told Plumbing. We had them come out to give us a bid on replacing our water line from under our house out to the road, as well as figuring out why our drain keeps overflowing, and the guy was very honest and gave us suggestions on other options that would save us a ton of money. We had previously had another plumber come out and he tried one thing, and it didn't work, so he just quit, and said he didn't know what to tell us. but Told Plumbing figured out what the problem was quickly, and was very polite and professional. He didn't make it seem at all like he was trying to make money off of us. He was just honest.
